Rings and More Rings!

But not the kind you think! The bling that goes on your finger? Nope. Jump rings! Hundreds of them for one piece.

Take this bracelet for instance:



This bracelet is the Byzantine weave and takes over a hundred rings. They are all opened by hand and added to the previous rings.

Here is another variation of the Byzantine. It is done with smaller sections and a different assembly style.

There are many weaves of chainmaille that can be done. In future posts I will show you all more of the chainmaille pieces that I have done.
